Philippe Vivien, 48, has been appointed as Vice-Chairman of the AGIRC with effect from 11 March 2010, to replace Mr Bernard Van Craeynest. As Chairman of the AGIRC since 2008, in his capacity as a representative of the MEDEF, he has been elected as Vice-Chairman in accordance with the alternating two-year Chairmanship principle operating between the employers' and employees' bodies.

Mr Vivien is also the Director of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee of Areva.
